Film Production Details:

We are excited to announce the upcoming shoot of our film, which will take place over 28 days near the town of Rhayader, Mid Wales. 7th Feb- 7th March 2025 - This production aims to foster a collaborative and close-knit environment, with the cast and crew (approximately 15 people in total) working and living together throughout the shoot. Here's what you can expect:

Living and Working Together:

  • Accommodation: All cast and crew will be staying in shared accommodation, with men and women in separate rooms. We ask that you bring your own bedding and towels, as these will not be provided.

  • Facilities: Washing and shower facilities will be available on a rotational basis due to limited resources. While internet access may be restricted, we are working on securing a Starlink connection. However, priority will be given to uploading footage. Please plan accordingly for limited online access.

Teamwork and Support:

  • This is a true team effort. When you’re not in front of the camera, you may be asked to assist with other tasks such as:
    • Operating a boom mic
    • Making tea or coffee
    • Helping with cleanup
    • Assisting in preparing call sheets
  • We encourage everyone to muck in and help each other out, creating a cooperative, family-like atmosphere on set.

Character Preparation:

  • We ask all actors to provide their own wardrobe for their characters, with the exception of the U.S. soldier, whose costume will be supplied.
  • For scenes involving nudity or mutilation, sensitive covers will be used to simulate these actions tastefully. Any necessary body casts or prosthetics will be created by our art department, and some may require in-person fittings in Gloucester prior to the shoot.

Meals and Supplies:

  • Food: Basic meals and sustenance will be provided, though please note it won’t be gourmet. It will be enough to keep everyone going, but we suggest you bring any additional food or drink you may prefer, especially if you have specific dietary needs.

  • Transport: A nearby train station provides easy access to the location. For those bringing personal vehicles, parking may be required in a nearby town, particularly when filming exterior shots. We can offer limited transportation to and from the location as needed.

Additional Notes:

  • No Alcohol: There will be a strict no-alcohol policy on set. Any alcohol consumption depicted in the film will be simulated.
  • Commitment to the Team: We're looking for individuals who are flexible, resourceful, and willing to contribute to all aspects of the production, ensuring a smooth and successful shoot.

We are committed to creating a positive, team-oriented atmosphere where everyone supports each other, both on and off-camera. If you're ready to be part of this unique experience, we can't wait to have you join us!
